Agreement

These terms are an agreement between Midwest Duct Works ("we", "us") and you ("you"). By using www.midwestductworks.com, requesting an estimate, or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Our services

Midwest Duct Works provides air duct cleaning, mold remediation, dryer vent cleaning, air vent cleaning, sanitizing & essential oils, and stain removal services for homes in Clear Lake, Forest City, Mason City, and surrounding North Iowa communities. Our website lets you learn about our services, request a free estimate, and contact us. We may improve or change our services and website over time.

Estimates, scheduling, and payment

• Estimates are free and no-obligation.
• An estimate is not a contract. We assess your system and give you a firm price before any work begins, and the work is governed by the written quote or invoice you accept, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
• Appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your visit and contact you if a change is needed.
• Payment terms are set out in your written quote or invoice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and service address information and keep it current, so we can respond to your request and schedule your service.
• Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or submit false information.
• Only submit a phone number or email address that belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in, for example by checking a consent box on our estimate form, Midwest Duct Works may send you text messages. Depending on the consent you give, these may include estimate and appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, responses to your inquiries, and, if you separately opt in, marketing or promotional messages about Midwest Duct Works services.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting an estimate or purchasing any goods or services.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Content and ownership

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Midwest Duct Works. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
